Q2 What is the MOQ?
Normal MOQ is 1000pcs, depending on your detailed requirements and models, and we could support trial orders with small quantities to test the market.
Q3 Can I order a sample?
We could provide a sample for testing, please share your shipping info. Samples in stock will be sent within a day (DHL delivery takes 5-7 days).
Q4 Could I customize the logo on the product and packaging?
Yes, customized logo and packaging are both available if meet the MOQ of 1000 PCS.
Q5 What are the lead times of the sample and bulk order?
Sample: 1~3 days if in stock. Bulk order: 25-30 working days after the deposit and order requirements are confirmed.

We have a perfect QC system (IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC team) that adopts the industry's highest standards of lean manufacturing. We meet ISO9001/ISO13485/MDSAP/BSCI/ISO45001/ISO14001 standards. We are constantly on a strict lookout for the verification of products' design, reliability, compatibility, safety requirements, as well as raw materials qualifications, with 14 tests on production lines, and 100% aging testing before packaging.
